I need some help with my poem.?

I am in grade 9 and I need to write a random sonnet, it can be about anything (appropriate of course). He suggested to do a favorite time of day, so I chose lunch. But I can't figure out a way to start my poem. Once it's started, I will be able to get it going. There has to be 10 syllables in each line. The rhyme scheme is:
AB AB
CD CD
EF EF
GG
I have an idea for the beginning:
Tis lunch, a wonderful part of the day.
Is that any good?

P.S. This is my first poem.
 
hmm... i can't think of a full line, but here are some rhymes you could use:

lunch, much

some times it's nice, (to eat) rice

I'm always starvin, they call me Marvin (maybe that one was lame)

i sit with the boys, we make some noise

talk with friends, girls cluck like hens
