i need some help on talking to my mom about something?

okay so this is kind of confusing. im about to be 17 and my brother is going to be 18 in dec and my mom owns two houses not very far from each other maybe 15 miles and the one house noone lives in but her sister is (was) suppose to move in about a year ago and the house is a lil one floor 2 bedroom 1 bath needs a lil work not much but my aunts husband is a real jerk and went a ripped out all the heating system. and then says that he doesnt know wht he is doing and now my brother and i want to move in there how do i tell my mom that me and my brother want to move there and will fix it up together. Please help
