ME AND MY FRIENDS BIRTHDAYS ARE COMING UP AND WE WANT TO THROW A LITTLE GET TOGETHER AT A LOUNGE IN DC we looking for something real laid back , but a place you can party and have fun too!! We want to have cupcakes and etc.. Can you recommend some decent, dim light places, that includes a bar, lounge and area to sit , with tables...??
