PLEASE ANYONE !!
we are not going to move okay so dont say that i want an answer saying wat we can do to get them to stop.

Put a privacy fence up on your side of the yard. Put a "no trespassing" sign up to keep them out of your yard. File a complaint with local law enforcement to see if they can help. Get acoustic tile (it's pretty cheap) to put up in your window to block the sound if all else fails. Hope this helps.

I feel your pain. I had a neighbor kid that rode their go cart outside my window 6 hours a day. It was the only time I actually ever wanted to hurt somebody.
Anyway, there is little you can do. I know that their are some people that never return balls.
I think that a taller fence, and then some thick planting of bushes will deaden the noise and prevent them from retrieving any balls bia their trespassing.
Legally they are kids and kids make noise. You might try a letter pleading for mercy, but I doubt it will do any good.
Check with your nursery ; russian olives grow into a 6 ft hedge in two years.
You are entitled to the quiet enjoyment of your property, but they are also. And kids scream throw things pound on stuff and are generally a nuisance to people that are not their parents.

If the fence is on their property, unless it presents an actual hazard to your family, I doubt if there is much your mother can do. If the kids are playing during what are normal waking hours, they can not even be considered a nuisance as long as they are not being destructive of your property.

I would suggest that perhaps someone other than your mom talk once again to the parents of the kids and ask in a very nice way if it would be possible to come to some kind of agreement...but I would not count on it working. I know this sounds like a pain, but you might consider putting some kind of sound insulation on your window to dampen the noise levels if you need to sleep when the kids are playing. Even heavy drapes would help.
