There are three riddles i need help solving but i think i know the third. Here they are:

Riddle #1
Pronounced as one letter,
And written with three,
Two letters there are,
And two only in me.
I'm double, I'm single,
I'm black, blue, and gray,
I'm read from both ends,
And the same either way.
What am I?

Riddle #2
From the beginning of eternity
To the end of time and space
To the beginning of every end
And the end of every place.
What am I?

Riddle #3
You can have me but cannot hold me;
Gain me and quickly lose me.
If treated with care I can be great,
And if betrayed I will break.
What am I?
 
1. Refers to the word EYE
2. Refers to the letter E
3. Refers to ones heart, in the sense of love
 
ooh, that first one's a bugger...

but the second one is the letter e,

and the third one is trust.
