I have studied and understand the basics of HTML and CSS. However, I dont know how to just go about making a page now. I mean structure wise what should I do? I was reading how some people use Photoshop to make a website visually then after they are happy with that they go back and slice parts of the image and input html and css code to build that into a actually site. Does this seem like a good practice or no? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
