I need some good hiking/climbing pants?

I am going on a two week hiking/climbing trip and I am looking for one good light weight pair of pants. I am having a lot of difficulty trying to find what I need.

I am looking for:

-28 inch waist

-32 inch inseam (at the most)

-Lightweight

-Strong material/good quality

-less than $50
