I need to send a character on a journey to find four mythical objects... I need to figure out what cities they should be in then I need to take those cities and write a cryptic poem that'll give my character clues. It has to be something that a pixie or leprechaun would say (it's based in Celtic Folk Lore and since they're obsessed with "the wee people" I might as well use them).
I'm thinking New York, Madrid, Saint Petersburg, and Dublin. I'm not too fond of using New York because it's getting pretty over used in literature... I wanna give another US city it's time to shine lol. And I need to make my last one Dublin (or at least some place in Ireland because the four objects are from Celtic Folklore)
I have the objects planned out already... they're actual parts of the folklore - it's a sword, a spear, a stone, and a cauldron. So I kind of wanted to bring the lore to the real world. And as for the gore my main character is a girl whos little sister was taken by the wee people and she has to team up with an assassin to complete the task of retrieving these objects so she can take her sister's place as the harvest sacrifice. it's not going to be as bad as it sounds... I'm still working out the kinks but atm that's the basic plot
