He joined the Marines and we got married for the benefits. We had been together for 6years before that. Things were rocky but after boot camp i knew we should not be together. I got the online divorce papers and sent them to him after 6months. He started saying that he was having the lawyers look at it and months passed and he kept the story. I do not have the money to pay for a lawyer so i have called him and told him to get the paper work. I have even tried talking to his commanding officers with no luck. It's been two years on this situation. He is staying with all of the benefits.
I don't think it is fair that he is staying with all of the $$ the gov is giving him for his family.
I need help on getting a divorce first but it would be nice that he would be reprimanded for pushing this for his financial gain.
