I need some advice on which plants that will Grow Rapidly quick up a Trellis to hide a unsightly Wall/fence doesn't belong to my property but adjoins so I can't remove it in my Front Garden, I have thought of Ivy but I do not know much about plants, can anyone give me suggestions?

And where could I buy a plant that would be fairly grown already or would rapidly grow quick along a wall or Trellis, a plant with sweet smelling Flowers would be nice!

To cover the trellis try Polygonum baldschuanicum - (Mile a minute vine, Russian vine). It's a fast growing climbing shrub. See the link below.

Try Homebase or a independent garden centre/nursery.
 
Best might be Passiflora, Passion flower , which grows quickly and flowers for a long while followed by orange fruit. Is a perennial so will grow each year. Alternative wouldd be clematis which is not quite so fast and does not flower as long ...Honeysuckle is another alternative...
