im 38 weeks pregnant and im looking forward to loosing weight (im thinking it will take a good year and a half) it took me a year and a half to gain 115lbs for hopefully i can loose it in that time period as well. i used to weigh 135lbs and i'm 5'8
I started gaining weight April 09 i got up too 200lbs by christmas Then i got pregnant Now i weigh 150 something!!
im planning on walking every night/ with the baby or with out (plus its going to be on the chillier side because she's going to be born in the fall, so i dont think i'll be taking her out that much)
My hubby said that he'd watch the baby 2 times a week after supper so i can go to the gym and work out.
I also want to try a having a smoothly on weekday and then on weekends have eggs or something.. (i know i need to shrink my stomach)
Now i dont want muscle! i want to loose weight, What kind of exercises can i do at the gym or even at home. I would like to work out my leggs, my stomach, love handles and arms..
Any good advice or tips for me?
