My boyfriend and I will be going to Ireland in early June and we'd like to spend a day hiking. Our B&B is in Dublin and we will be using public transportation, so we'd like the location to be accessible by the DART. We're taking a separate day tour of Glendalough and the Wicklow Mountains the day prior with a group, but we'd like to explore on our own that 2nd day. Any suggestions? While Ireland I'm sure is beautiful all around, we'd love to stick near the coast. I've heard Howth is beautiful, I believe Louth was the name of another I heard about. Also, Bray/Greystones Cliff Walk. Has anyone ever explored these areas? If so, how was it? Difficult terrain? Any tips for us?
