I absolutely know what you mean. Im a fucking lost cause when it comes to sleeping. I sleep all the time and thenn then i try to go to bed at night and its like wtf i just wanna get a good fucking nights sleep. my sleep schedule is so fucked up and i nap so much my mom will always come in and wail on me for napping cuz i get up at like three if i start napping at like 5 or so. but those sleeping pills (ambien, lunesta) seriously fuck you up if u take them for too long. take melatonin, cuz its not a knock-out pill, it kinda is more subtle and it HELPS u get to bed, not like gettin fucking shot with a tranquilizer r something.
