I need Sie a50 boot repair...can anyone help me?

my Siemens a50 doesn`t turn on...i`ve written v4 and v7 flashes in it about 100 times...but nothing is gonna change...
maybe i need boot repair? i can`t write flash in it with some .exe files...
i`ve written flash by using FREIA .fls files...

help me plzzzz
