i downloaded the master controller and the story progression mods and i put them in the Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3/Mods/Packages and i do have the Resource.cfg in the mods file. i KNOW the mods are up to date since i downloaded the version that was just updated 4 days ago.
When i start the game i get the "Mod Scripts Found" message with master controller and story progression in it but when i go in game there is no "NRaas" or "story progression" option at city hall, on the computer, or on the sims.
i dont know what i did wrong, PLEASE HELP, ive been at this for hours
