I need outer thigh exercises?

Seated Hip Abduction: Most gyms have one of these machines and I'm sure you've seen it. It's the one where you sit down, hook your legs in and open your legs against the resistance. It's definitely one of the best exercises for outer thighs and to increase its effectiveness, make sure that you don't close your legs to a point where the plates of the weight stack touch each other. You don't want them to make contact at all because when they do, your outer thighs will be alleviated of the tension.
