Hi. About 8 weeks ago my father inlaw had a terrible motorbike accident to the point we were told he wouldnt make it. He had to be airlifted to a better hospital and thank god he is pulling through. He spent about 5 weeks in the ICU and is slowly learning to walk again.
My partner has a motorbike too and i never wanted him to have one as the terrify me. Now all this has happened i want him to get rid of his bike. Whenever i see a bike now i literally feel sick like im about to vomit. We have 2 children and i think its not worth the risk of him having it and my kids loosing their dad or him having a accident too. Am i being selfish wanting him to get rid of it or do you understand? I feel at a loss because it was so close to home i cant think logically about what i should be doing and if i should be pushing him to sell it.
