be good in wet/snowy conditions.? I live in Michigan where it's winter about 6 months out of the year, so I would like to get tires that can handle well in the snow and ice. I want to try and keep the price under $100 per tire. I don't know anything about tires so I'm not sure what brands are good or what to look for. Can someone please help me out? My size is 215/60-16.
