I need major help in this my AKC show dog hates it when a judge touches near her tail?

She dose this thing were she tries to sit down or turn or jump forward when the judge tries to touch near her tail even if she is no where close to being in heat i need help what can i do to stop this we touch near her tail then give her a treat and have other people do it to but it just dose not seem to work this has been going on for months. We have not taught her to sit on touch only by command and she never sits when we touch near her tail only when she is in the show ring, she is not dog aggressive so its not the other dogs.

Can i ask has she ever had any bad experiences with judges touching her tail or anyone for that fact?
How about handling classes, how is she when touched then?

Is it just the ring that she is like this? I have found that once a ring has been finished with you can use it for training, though not all shows. Have you thought about doing extra training with her in one of these?
When she is due to be touched have you used bait in her mouth to allow her to concentrate on something else, or is baiting not allowed in your breed?

I would push forward with doing what the person above has said and make sure every time she is touched on the tail its always a positive time and she gets a treat. BTW how old is she? Some pups and teens go through silly moments and times where they don't like being touched by anyone, i would say for now keep her out of the ring and re-train her until she is happy with being touched again.
