I need legal help with this Jeep?

Ok I helped a buddy buy a Jeep, with the verbal agreement that he would pay me back.. That was over a year ago and he has only paid me 200 outta the 11000 he owes me.. My name is on the title do i have the legal rite in the state of Colorado to take the jeep? I also need a site to go to to have that in black and white.
 
If you are on the title you just need to take control of the vehicle. Go to DMV and order a new title it's your ride. Go to a Jeep dealership and get keys made
