I need lawyer advise!!! Child visitation case and father's place not fit.?

I have no lawyer..he does...I have already had a run end with this judge ...case is in another county and i do not have a car to a get there so i appeared by phone ..how was a dick to me...it seemed he was biased .....now have to go to court again for final ...i guess.. yet father has an expired tag on car and lives in a matchbox house with no heat or air...house is over 100 years old and not up to code...fire hazards...only 2 exits and 1 of them is blocked with boxes, no alarms, mildew throughout home where after a hurricane its roof was not repaired for 2.5 years and mold was not taken care of and my child is borderline asthmatic...faulty wiring in place....also his best friends are harboring a convicted child molester...i have proof...and he doesn't pay attention to her(the child) when around her.... his cell phone is more important and talking to everyone else instead of making sure she is there( her where abouts)....what I do? what is most important to say to the judge? what if he doesn't care? Is it to late to recuse him? Please help...this is not a good situation.......one more thing ....he lives 60 miles 1 way from my child home......she has never been away from me nor I her...she is 3...does that matter? and she has never been to his home ..and she has never been alone with him...only supervised visit with me for 6 months ....also, i do not have a car that can get there ( his house)and i don't know where he even lives...( how to get there.)...help.....lawyers only...please
 
For now I have just one question. If you don't know where he lives or how to get there, how do you know so many details (or have proof) regarding the condition of his house? The court/judge will ask you the same question.
