I need information on how to remove a radio/CD player from my 2004 Dodge 1500.?

The CD quit working an I'd like to take it out and replace it with one from the junk yard. I just can't figure out where to start on the removal and don't want to mess up my dash. My truck is a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 4 door.
