I'm writing a story and long story short: Two guys get into a fight and one stabs the other in the arm with a knife. The stab wound is near the shoulder, and the dagger went in deep enough to cause damage. Question is, what would be the most realistic outcome of the condition of the wounded guy's arm? Any ideas?
