It doesn't have to be BRAND NEW, but I'd prefer it to be a close year. I need high MPG car, or maybe a decent high MPG SUV. I need something good for the weather and conditions of Alaska. It needs to be reliable. I can't think of any other specifications right now... Thanks for any ideas.
