I need Ice design flash template html file?

Doe anyone have the .html file for the ice design flash template?I only have PSD,FLA AND SWF files.I want to edit the content of the template and I don't know how except with html edititng with notepad.If someone knows another way of doing it PLEASE HELP.And how can I edit the flash file with macromedia flash 8 and apply the changes?
