Im giving a huge speech in a couple of days and i get super nervous when all the attention is focused on me. When i start talking in front of the many eyes looking at me my heart starts beating fast and it gets hard for me to talk and breath at the same time. (i know that sounds really wierd but it happens) Anyways can someone PLEASE give me advice on speaking in front of large crowds of people??
