this is all i have so far for a poem related to the holocaust:
Never shall I forget the feeling of security,
Knowing I will be safe with my family and friends
Never shall I forget having a warm dinner with my family,
Now I am only left with little to no food.
Never shall I forget being torn away from my loved ones,
Not knowing if they’ll live another day or if I will even live another day
Never shall I forget the desperate cries for help
that still linger in my ears
I think repeating never shall i forget might get too annoying? should i keep on going with that or should I say something different? If so please give me ideas!
