We are starting to write our essays on what is more important Privacy or Security? I think security is more important. The teacher gave us some general ideas. He said to state in the statement of Background 1776, The Constitution, 4th Amendment, 9/11 + results. What does he mean. Can someone get me like 2-3 sentences so I could atleast have the idea of what to write about. I am very confused.
