i need help writing a quatrains poem?

i need help writing a quatrain poem for English. I cant come up with a poem if my life depended on it. but the poem needs to be 3 quatrains long and needs an ABAB format of rhyming. now dont comment saying do your own homework. im not asking you to do it for me i just need some examples because i cant think of anything. thanks =D
