I need help writing a paragraph in italian?

I'm in Italian 1 in high school and my finals on Monday. For the writing section, i'm suppose to describe someone who's my best friend. (ie, his name, his age, what he's like, what he likes to do) Despite how simple this may seem, I am an incredibly poor excuse of an Italian-American and i'm having a world of trouble. Can someone please help and show me what a prime 5 sentenced paragraph would look like? Thanks!~
