Based on the data that was collected, I conclude that my hypothesis was primarily supported. The general trend of the data thoroughly supported my hypothesis “If you add heat, then the reaction will occur faster.” The higher the temperature of the hydrogen peroxide, the faster the reaction was initiated and completed. However, the temperature never reached a level that resulted in no reaction. Therefore, the part of my hypothesis theorizing that “If you add too much heat, then the reaction will no longer occur.” was neither supported nor refuted.
