i need help with weird itchy acne?

heylo,
ive gotten a breakout on my cheeks and on chin idk why but its reall itchy and when i scratch it a new pimple comes up LITERALLY! it comes up before my eyes im trying not to scratch it by putting ice on it but still itchy??
 
i was once had pimples...i pour hot h20 into a cup and let the vapor touch my skin(the vapor helped calm those itchiness)....it's itchy...but try not to scratch it because if you'll do it and when there's open wound...that will lead to further infection....
visit a dermatologist...and please dont apply lots of chemicals on your face....it will just make your skin more sensitive.....
