I know there are various ways to apply for a visa, but i don't know which one I would suit to apply for...
I'm no married, have no relatives or children from the US, i am not a refugee and do not have a job that is in shortage in the US (i think it's currently engineering and advanced medicine).
I plan to live and work their for the rest of my life, possibly getting a job in journalism or law enforcer, of which i already have a degree.
Can I apply? Which visa should I chose? How long could I stay there with that visa?
