i need help with tmobile internet 1.99 per mb?

i have tmobile (samsung sliding fone ) and i yesterday i found out that i could use internet on my fone but it charges 1.99 per mb? what does that mean..... and i just went on twitter and tweeted a little would that cost alot???
 
MB means mega byte.
For whatever you download on your phone, it uses megabytes to download it.
I'm not sure how much twitter would cost exactly, but if your planning on doing it,
I would suggest including the internet in your monthly plan.
It keeps costs down.
