1. List at least three controls in the experiment.
2. Explain why the water initially moved into the repirometer.
3. How did the KOH affect the water movement in the respirometer?
4. During aerobic respitation, glucose is broken down to form several end products. Which end products contain the carbon atoms from glucose? The hydrogen atoms from glucose? The oxygen atoms from glucose? The energy stored in the glucose molecules??

About Cellular Respiration. We have three respirometers soaked in ice water. The 1st respirometer hhas cotton, then KOH, rayon cotton, and finally germinating peas on it. 2nd respirometer has the same thing but instaead of germinating peas, it has nongerminating peas and beads. Lastly, the third respirometer has the same the same components: cotton, KOH, rayon cotton, but it has beads to top it off. Then, we placed dye in the tubing as they soaked in the ice water bath. The dye in the respirometer that contained only germinating peas moved down because of the celluar erspiration.
