I need help with the court orders probation with my best friend?

My friend has been selling weed and got caught with it .. Someone snitched on my friend and I want to help her. Cops came to my house and ask a few questions and then came around asking about the weed and she confessed. She confessed she had the bag of weed on her. They took her in. Now she is put in probation until the court day. 2 weeks from now. She has something's in her past activity with the law but cleared up her record so they didn't take her in and remand her. Also she had lied about her name to the cops The conditions are no cell phone, a curfew at 10 pm to 7 am and not having drugs on her. >I know what I said and know what I shall do but is there any more that I should know and do about it. Or what do yu think will happen to her?? Can she ever break one curfew to sleep the night with me? Will the cops know if she might be using Facebook ? They got her cell phone but the phone is locked on the screen and Facebook is probably signed off..
