okay so i have NO CLUE about anything dealing with financial aid. i will be attending western illinois university in the fall and I was curious when I should be starting to apply for loans? and am i still able to get a loan if my parents have really bad credit and i dont have a job? Also, does anyone know anything about non-academic scholarships?? thank you
