I need help with sprint evo 4g phone?

just to my evo on Tuesday, I have been trying find all these good things about this phone, other than the hot spot. But I may be dumb when it comes to exploring this phone, since this is a how different dinosaur. I want to know about the programs, such as I have on my other HTC , that has ms office-excel, word, note and I how to put my music list from itunes on this phone, the manual is not very helpful
