I need help with snowboarding and posture?

ok so i just started snowboarding and i found i tend to lean forward a lot because i don't keep my head and back straight how can i break that also getting up kills me is there exercise i can do my guess was doing squats to build up the mussels there and also is there exercise to create a better posture for my overall body people tell me i always walk hunched over
