I need help with ROOT

Well i had my phone rooted before thanks to some guys who walked me thru it
but after my BB storm died on me i switched back to my g1
And it was runnign fine untill i tried to update it maunally
now its back to stock!
So can anyone please help me re-root my ****?
I know it takes a while but i have nothing but time.
