Okay, well I just got my first new sexy bass yesterday. I already know how to play several songs and read most tabs, because with the bass you usually have to concentrate on one string at a time. But I've come across a few that I don't get.
I'll try to describe it. There are notes directly above and below some notes. Does that mean there are multiple notes being played at the same time? And if so, how do I do that on the bass? If I'm holding down more than one string, I don't know which one to pluck.
I would get an instructor, but I live in the country, and it's hard to find any around here.
So please help!
