i need help with photoshop?

ok im loged in to photo shop but thats al i know to do but im tryin to cut a person out of the picture and move it to be with anouther person how do i do that
 
You ought to consult a tutorial or a book. PS has a steep learning curve.

Basically:
- Select the image area with the person you want to move (there are dozens of ways to do this)
- Copy the selection to a new layer, so you can move it and erase any mistakes
