I took my truck thru a car wash today to get the salt off it. My front rims on the truck were covered with brake dust and whatever else. Once i got out of the wash i got out and took a towel to try and get the crap off my rims. I got the majority of it off but now there are little spots on the rims where i assume the brake dust is baked on. My question is what cleaner is the best to remove the dark spots on the rims? Is there anything that can protect the rims from brake dust to make it easy cleaning? I have stock rims on a 2004 f150.
