Ok, Here's My situation, I just upgraded my phone from a Tmobile Flip to TMobile Black Berry Bold, Now when i did this i signed up for 300 whever minutes, Unlimited txt, unlimited internet, ect... Which SHOULD total out to 71$ a month.. Now i am being charged 324$ For my next bill!! i called up the coustomer support and they had me make a account on there website to look at my bill, It says my Messaging charge is 246$, I DONT UNDERSTAND!?! i have unlimited txt. This should NOT be happening, They are going to automatically withdrawl the money soon and that would just be a very very bad thing. What should i do can someone please help.
P.S All ive been doing on this phone is txting and browsing the internet ocasionally and im pretty sure the messaging charges mean texting
