i hav da katana eclipse x by sprint nd when i go to listen to my music it has to load everything first but for sum reason when it loads the music store nd its a 100% it just freeze nd stays dat way then i cant go to my music or to da music store ive tried to tak out the battery nd nothing help plz cant live with otu my music lol
