I need help with my Lg Xenon(with rogers)?

I purchased a ring tone last night on the rogers shop (on the phone). And it said I purchased it, but I can not find it anywhere on my phone, I've check the list of ring tones and there's nothing there except for the default ring tones. And a few months ago I received a free ring tone from rogers but the same problem occured? Could anyone help me with this? Asap.
Oh and I called in they said they couldn't do anything :(
