i also need help writing my third body paragraph about religion
how did religion play a role in the development of early river civilizations?

the civilizations we are studying are egypt Mesopotamia and indus valley river civilizations

this is what i have so far for my first two body paragraphs:
Strong political systems gave the civilizations a sense of order and regulation. Hammurabi’s code was one of the first sets of laws in early civilizations. It was a set of rules, punishments and consequences for wrong doings. It kept criminals of the street and protected citizens. As a result Babylon was a safer place to live. In addition the city was orderly and productive, Hammurabi’s code addressed all levels of society, which included monarchy, nobles, commoners, peasants, and slaves. Although there would be a stronger penalty for harming higher classes citizen, most rules and consequences applied to every body. This gave the society a sense of equality. This is important because without equality they would become un-unified. Egypt also had a political system. Their king was called a Pharaoh; he had complete control and power over Egypt, and was considered a god on earth. As a result they were they were a source of all law and justice. This shows that Pharaohs were very respected by the Egyptian people.

Stable agriculture was also very significant to the development early river civilizations. For example Egypt was dependent on the yearly floods of the Nile, which gave them fertile land for farming. With out agriculture Egypt would not be able to support their large population. Thus, agriculture was very important to them. Egypt was also very isolated from trade so the only way to get food was to grow it. There for, agriculture was vital fro their survival. Indus valley river civilization also had an agricultural surplus witch was essential for their way off life. For instance, people no longer had to hunt and gather food so they had more time to support special expertise such as the arts, engineering, mathematics, and metallurgy. As a result civilizations grew and developed.

Religion also played an important roll in river valley civilizations.
