In this case I would stay upbeat about it for the most part. You could talk about how important it is to get an education today: to get a good job, own a good home, enough money to raise kids, etc.
You could also mention about needing to balance homework at night - is is right to send kids home with 3/4 hours homework each night? Relaxing and playing is important too. A good balance is important.
Teachers are paid to teach - not have to deal with disruptive students - get them out of the room as soon as possible; send them to iss - I believe this is being done is a lot of schools.
How about bullying? Is it being taken care of at your school? Teachers need to take an active stance in preventing this.
How do you feel about having a police officer at the school that you can talk to?
