i need help with my car stereo?

hi guys i want to ask you all a question i want to buy some new speakers for my car, but i need some help my headunit is a pioneer 2100ib, and i want to get some kicker DS65 6.5'' speakers but what i am stock, what is RMS, i know this speakers are 50 RMS, but what does it mean? so if my headunit is 14 watt RMS, that means the speaker would not sound to loud and good? if my headunit is let say 100 RMS that means i can blow my speakers? please help me out understanding all this? thank you for the review
