I need help with my acura integra?

The car starts only if the distributor cap is not in the right position (about 15 degrees lower) but as soon as i try to put it on the right position it turns off. The timing belt and marks are lining even so i don't know how to handle it. can someone help?
 
Replace the coil. Don't ask me why, but when a coil goes bad, they only start and run with the ignition timing advanced. Been there-done that.
